HOW TO INSTALL A VENETIAN BLIND

  • Before installing Venetian blinds, make sure that you are aware of all component positions inside the track.
  • The brackets can only be installed in between the components of the Venetian head rail.
  • Drill the necessary holes & insert wall plugs ( recommended 5.5mm drill bits for 6mm wall plugs or use 5mm drill bits for 5 / 35 hilti nail ).
  • Insert the screw / hilti through bracket fixing hole and tighten, but not too tight as bracket needs to swivel close into the lock position to secure the head rail.
  • Position the head rail up over the swivel bracket and push closed the small extension arm to the left.
  • Unlock the blind by pulling cord to the centre of the blind and slowly let go of the cord until the blind reaches the sill or required length.
